Starting to hire through Dost is simple and takes just a few steps:

  • Add details about your job and additional requirements.
  • Set up a time to speak with a hiring consultant.
  • Within 3 days, you'll receive matched candidates for your active jobs. Review the profiles and schedule interviews to speak to the candidates.

Dost does not charge developers any fees, ever. There is also no cost to companies in order to create jobs, get matched with talent, or interview candidates.

When you make a hire through Dost, fees are based on the selected hiring model and we offer a unique payment model that allows companies to hire either directly or through our platform and pay over time with no upfront fees.

  1. Offshore Hire: Staff salary + 15 - 30% platform fee each payment. Payroll, compliance, equipment, workspace, and more all handled by Dost.
  2. Direct Hire: 10% of annual salary as one-time fee.
